2. Sherlock Holmes: The Devil’s Dauther
_________________________________________________________
This game was released in 2016 and is extreme, at the moment, from a series of games about Sherlock Holmes from Ukrainian developers. Therefore, it is on this list (but still it is worth familiarizing yourself with all the games of the series).
We all know Sherlock Holmes and his faithful partner Dr. Watson. In this game, the story tells us about the next adventures of these famous characters. Since this is the eighth game from the series, it continues some lines of the previous part.
In the game you will control both Sherlock and Watson. And in some cases secondary characters. You can also at any time switch the view of the camera and look at the events of the game either from a third person, or from the first.
Explore locations, communicate with the characters and build logical conclusions to understand what is happening.
3. Murdered: Soul Suspect
__________________________________________________________________
This game was released in 2013 and its plot shows us an alternative point of view on the Salem process over the witches of 1962-1963, when 150 people were accused of witchcraft and 19 of them were hanged.
The main character is a https://sistersitescasino.co.uk/casinos/regal-wins-casino/ detective with the criminal past, Ronan O’Connor is investigating the case of a cruel maniac, nicknamed “Ringeal” who kills young girls in a variety of ways. From burning alive to the use of medieval torture devices.
When Ronan arrives at the next place of the crime, he finally encounters Zvonar, who, subsequently of the fight, throws Ronan from the fourth floor. After that, the main character meets his long -dead wife Julia, who tells him that he died, but to be together, he needs to finish his affairs in the world of the living. So the spirit of Ronan, for which you will play, must complete your investigation.
Since the main character is a ghost, you will be provided with interesting mechanics, in the form of walking through the walls or scaring people. You will also have other ghosts that you can spread a couple of phrases. In addition to the main plot, the game has several additional investigations that will tell you some terrible stories from the past.
If you are interested in who is all this “bell -up” and why he is committing these terrible killings, then it is worth playing in Murdered: Soul Suspect.
4. Agatha Christie: The Abc Murders
__________________________________________________________________
This game was released in 2016 and created under the license from Agatha Christie Limited, the head of which is the grandson of the famous British writer.
The plot of the game itself was created on the material of one of the most famous works of Agatha Christie “Murder in Alphabet”, so it follows all the plot turns. Even some phrases are consonant with phrases from the book.
The player will have to engage in things typical of the detective genre, communicate with people who are somehow related to crimes, inspect and study locations. Then you will need to use small gray cells. In general, if you have not read the book of the same name by the famous writer, then rather try the game and find out the personality of the killer.
5. The Wolf Among Us
__________________________________________________________________
This game was released in 2013. Despite the warm welcome from the players, TellTale did not save from closing.
This colorful story tells us about the incredible world of living fairy -tale characters so familiar to us from childhood. It is based on a series of comics of Bill Willingham called Fables. “Wolf among us” is this classical game “Telltale”, where we have to investigate the murder by studying the area and, again, communicating with the characters. The game will lead us according to the plot, and dialogs, albeit a little, but influence the development of history. The second part was announced back in 2017, but the project was closed, due to bankruptcy of the studio. But in 2019, work on the sequel was resumed. Therefore, in anticipation of the continuation, it is worth recalling this interesting history of the Wolf-detective.

I would add more
If you like gloomy and confusing stories, then this list will help you choose a game in which you will play for the detective and unravel various crimes.
It will help how … the run -in the blade is not. Cloudo – no. In the series about Sherlock Holmes Devil’s Daughter is far from the best part.
In Soul Suspect, most of the time is stealth and collecting “collection objects”, which I personally convinced. There, the game seems to be finished in toropians – it is clear that the non -linear plot was originally planned, but then it was hidden to save time. Even a stub of a side quest remained, unfinished.
The “wolf” has the only detective task – inspection of the room in a brothel with the construction of versions. And then among the options for answers to each question-one obvious and two or three very stupid.
The description of the games is too short and is familiar to everyone who at least a drop is following the industry. If you create a selection of games on a particular topic, then reveal the topic itself. Almost a word about how the mechanics of investigation and the search for evidence work, but the topic is interesting and there is something to say here. Why write a plot tie and information about creating? I myself can find out in Steam. When I open such tops, I expect that you have passed all the games and tell you which of them is worth my attention and why. And one more point: “You” with a capital letter is appropriate to write exclusively in official letters and exclusively in relation to a very respected person. If you turn to an abstract audience in a journalistic style, then “you” is written with a small letter.
